  • Doctoral studies at UCTM can be full-time, part-time and through independent preparation.
  • The conditions for admission and training of doctoral students are regulated according to the current legislation in UCTM.
  • The training is conducted in a scientific specialty of the scientific field in which the educational qualification degree "Master" was acquired.
  • The full-time doctoral program has a term of study of 3 years, and the part-time - 4 years.
  • The annual tuition fees for doctoral students are determined each year by a decree of the Council of Ministers
  • Full-time doctoral students have the right to a dormitory. Since 2008 the scholarship for full-time doctoral students is BGN 450.
